泌乳素瘤动态功能诊断试验的临床评价

Clinical Estimation of Diagnostic Test of Dynamic Function of Prolactinoma

目的：评价泌乳素（ＰＲＬ）瘤动态功能诊断试验的临床意义。方法：总结了３８例垂体ＰＲＬ瘤和３７例ＮＰＲＬ瘤的高ＰＲＬ血症患者血清ＰＲＬ基值及用ＴＲＨ、ＭＣＰ和ＬＤ、Ｐａｒｌｏｄｅｌ作ＰＲＬ兴奋及抑制试验结果。计算了各种单项试验的敏感度、特异度、预测值及准确度等指标。结果与结论：ＭＣＰ试验、ＴＲＨ、ＭＣＰ平行及系列试验有统计学意义。

Objective:To appraise the clinical significance of diagnostic test of prolactinoma (PRL) dynamic function.Methods:The hyperprolactinemia of 38 cases of prolactinoma and 37 cases of non-protaclinoma was described.The base value of serum PRL of the patients was measured and the exciting and suppression tests of PRL were made with TRH,MCP,LD and Parlodes.The sensitivity,specificity,pre-measured value and accuracy of single and compound tests were accounted.Results and Conclusions:The MCP exciting test and the TRH,MCP parallel and series test had statistical significance.It was suggested that these three kinds of tests had some clinical significance in the diagnosis and identififcation of hyperolactinemia caused and not caused by prolactinoma.
