摘要
本文提出了一种以上位机为核心,充分利用上位机强大的运算能力和编程的灵活性来实现工程轮胎胎面仿形缠绕控制的方法。文中从电气原理、控制原理、软件设计等方面介绍了工程轮胎胎面仿形缠绕控制系统的实现方法。目前,该系统已经在多个厂家投入应用,效果良好。
This paper proposed a novel control method for implementing the tread winding of OTR tire, which features the central role of the upper computer in manufacturing process. The computation power and programming flexibility of the upper computer allows for the usage of more efficient algorithms to improve the control precision. The electrical, control and software designing aspects of the method are described in this paper. It is shown that the applications of the method in several engineering tire manufacturing company have reduced the manufacturing cost significantly.
