摘要
针对现在血凝仪中所用光学法抗干扰能力差和双磁路磁珠法技术复杂、实现成本高等问题,介绍了一种基于磁阻传感器的测量方法.该测量方法的原理是采用具有高可靠性、高灵敏度、低成本、低功耗和小尺寸的磁阻传感器来检测磁珠运动的轨迹,通过检测磁珠运动所引起的磁珠振幅变化的时间,从而反映血凝时间.这种方法起点和终点确定方便,且操作简单、快速、成本低廉,检测结果准确,是一种敏感性高、重复性好的血凝时间检测新方法.
Although the measurement with double coil and a magnetic steel ball can resolve the interference problem of high blood fat, jaundice and haemolytic blood completely, this technique is too complex, and the blood coagulation analyzer produced by its principle is very expensive. In the paper, a new kind of blood coagulation detection technique based on magnetoresistive sensor is introduced, which uses a small, low cost, high sensitivity and high reliability magnetic sensor to detect the track of the magnetic steel ball, and then according to the magnitude of the ball movement the time of blood coagulation can be obtained. This method is simple, rapid, accurate, cheap, sensitive and good in repetition, and might be a valuable method for blood coagulation detection in the clinical laboratory.
