摘要
提出了一种基于压电陶瓷与光纤布喇格光栅相结合的新型电压传感器,将光纤布喇格光栅牢固地粘贴在压电陶瓷叠堆上,构成传感探头.实验结果显示:在0~200V的电压范围内,电压和波长移动之间具有良好的线性关系,线性拟合度高达0.9908,线性调谐的波长范围约为1.5nm,灵敏度为0.0097nm/V.
This paper proposes a novel voltage sensor based on FBG in conjunction with piezoelectric element utilizing the piezoelectric effect. The sensing probe is formed with fiber bragg grating stuck to piezoelectric ceramic stacks. Experiment results show that a linear relationship between voltage value and Bragg wavelength shifts is obtained in the range of 0 - 150 V with the linear measure 0. 9908. The change of the Bragg wavelength is about 1.5 nm with the sensitivity of voltage sensor 0.0097nm/V.
