摘要 以过氧化氢为主漂剂对杨木单板进行漂白试验,以各组分剂量作为考察因素,常温下对杨木单板进行漂白,后经不同的处理工艺,对其白度变化进行测定与分析。结果表明,过氧化氢浓度对白度影响最大,氢氧化钠处理漂白单板能降低返黄程度,氨水的添加量对试验考察指标影响不大。 Hydrogen peroxide was applied to bleach the poplar veneer, The poplar veneer was bleached in room temperature with different processing methods, and the dosages of different reagents were controlled as the factors. The whiteness of the veneer was determined after the bleaching process. The result showed that the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide was a dominant factor for the whiteness of the bleached veneer; the veneer that treated with , sodium hydroxide showed a stronger tends to prevent yellow; the application of ammonia showed little effect on improving the whiteness.
