摘要 采用单因素试验,通过热压参数、胶水固体含量(黏度)和涂布量及涂布辊参数等工艺参数的改变,较好地解决了公司薄木贴面多层实木复合地板生产中经常出现的鼓泡问题,使其比例控制在2%以内。大批量的生产证明:胶水合适的固体含量(黏度)可以有效地解决鼓泡问题,涂布辊的纹路细密也可以改善涂布的均匀性,降低鼓泡比例。 In the experiment, factors as hot pressing parameter, adhesive solid content (viscosity), coating volume and adhesive roller parameter were investigated respectively. A set of optimized parameters was acquired and this worked very well to control the air blow problem within 2% during the parquet floor production process. The production practice has justified that proper solid content (viscosity) of the adhesive could control the air blow problem, finer alignment of the roller grain, which improves the evenness of coating, also lower down the air blow ratio.
