摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验研究了双氧水固化剂对脲醛胶性能的影响。试验结果表明:与脲醛胶固化剂NH4Cl相比,H2O2固化剂可以大大延长脲醛胶的适用期,树脂反应活性大,固化温度低,反应热量多,热压固化反应程度高,使胶合板能在比较低的热压温度下形成更高的胶合强度。H2O2固化剂有助于降低脲醛胶的游离甲醛含量,但对胶合板的甲醛释放量影响不大。
To investigate the possibility of using hydrogen peroxide as the curing agent for urea formaldehyde resin, single factor and orthogonal experiment designs were applied. The results showed that compared with traditional curing agent of ammonium chloride, hydrogen peroxide provided longer pot life, greater resin reactivity, lower curing temperature, higher reaction heat, and higher curing ratio and hence generated higher bonding strength for the plywood at a relatively low temperature. Hydrogen peroxide also revealed the ability of lowering down the free formaldehyde content, but it showed little effect on reducing the formaldehyde remission of the plywood.
