本文应用纳洛酮治疗28例成瘾性镇痛药过量患者，解除成瘾性镇痛药的呼吸抑制及其它中枢抑制症状和镇痛作用。结果表明：纳洛酮治疗成瘾性镇痛药过量，起效快，催醒作用强，副作用小，疗效显著，是治疗成瘾性镇痛药过量的一种可靠方法，与文献介绍一致，值得推荐使用。
