骨膦合并化疗治疗骨转移癌11例报告

REPORT OF 11 CASES BONE METASTASES TREATED BY BONEFOS COMBINE CHEMOTHERAPY

目的：评价骨膦合并化疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移癌的疗效。方法：骨膦针300mg溶于500ml生理盐水中缓慢静点，连续5天；后口服骨膦胶囊800mg．1天2次，30天。结果：骨膦止痛起效时间为5—7天；止痛总会有效率82％（9／11），其中CR36．4％（4／11），PR45．5％（5／11）；骨病变稳定率90％以上；中位疼痛缓解期3个月，中位生存期6个月。结论：骨膦对骨转移癌止痛疗效确切，但骨膦不是抗癌药，不宜单用。与联合化疗合用，可协同止痛，抑制肿瘤进展，缩短治疗时间，改善生存质量，延长生存期。

Furpose: Evaluated the curative effects of 11 cases bone metastases treated by bonefos combine chemotherapy. Methods: Injeetion Bonefos: 300mg+ 0. 9 % N. S 500ml, ivgtt,Qd X 5days. and followed taking capsule by oral at a dose of 800mg Bid X 30days. Results:The Bonefos effective time of relieve pain was 5-7 days. The overall tesponse rate was 82% (9/11 ), and among them CR was 36. 4 % (4/11),PR was 45. 5 % (5/11). The stable rate of bone pathological change was ovcr 90%. The median pain duration and median survival time was 3 months and 8 months,respectively. Conclusion: These results indicate that the curative effect of relief pain by Bonefos is definite. Since Bonefos isn't an anticarcinogen,it shouldn't single be used. when it combined with chemotherapy,it can relief pain in coordination,restrain the tumour progress,shorten the treatment time,improve living quality and lengthen exist period.
