摘要 对职业教育隐型课程进行文化解读,重点要关注三个方面内容:职业教育隐型课程中的学校文化;职业教育隐型课程中的教师文化和学生文化;大众文化与职业教育隐型课程的功能。而职业教育校本课程开发的文化意义也主要表现在三个方面:文化多样性的必然要求;个体发展过程中需求多样化的体现;教师实现个体价值的重要方式。 The cultural explanation to invisible course of the vocational education must pay attention to three aspect contents with emphasis: the school culture in vocational education invisible curriculum; teacher culture and student culture in vocational education invisible curriculum; mass culture and vocational education invisible curriculum function. But the cultural significance of developing the vocational education school-based curriculum also mainly displays in three aspects: the inevitably requests of cultural multiple; in individual developing process demand diversification manifestation; the important way for the teacher realizes the individual value.
