管道定期检验中判废依据的探讨

Discussion of Failure Criterion Used in Periodical Inspection of Piping

探讨了原始超标缺陷在工况条件下管道的安全使用问题。提出管道在用情况下不应简单地以缺陷超标作为判废的依据,在保证管道运行处于本质安全的前提下,避免不必要的返修。在用压力管道定期检验中的缺陷处理,应与制造安装时有所不同。

In this article, the safetv of the piping with original defects in service was discussed. It was proposed that for the piping in service, it is inappropriate to use the condition that defect exceeds stipulated size as the failure criterion. Under the premise of ensuring safety of piping, the unnecessary repairing can be avoided, that is, the treatment of defects existed in in-service piping should be different from that in fabrication and erection stages.
