介绍了行为矫正方法的理论基础和几种应用比较成功的矫正方法(TOFS、ASA、STOP、Care Plus)。阐述了行为矫正方法的特点、实施过程、实施效果和注意事项。
This paper introduces the theory of behavior-based safety approach and some good practical approaches applied in accident prevention： TOFS, ASA, STOP and Care Plus. It also discusses this approach characteristic, implementing process, performance and some precaution.
