摘要 在测量过程模型的基础上,给出了评价测量系统性能的组内相关准则。针对测量结果的总波动中分离被测对象(产品)的波动和测量系统的波动问题,提出了利用主成分分析分离测量结果中波动源的方法,并给出了该方法的实现过程。最后,通过应用实例,说明了这种方法在分离测量系统的波动源的过程是行之有效的。 The intraclass correlation criterion for evaluating measurement system is provided on the basis of the model of measurement process. Aiming at discriminating product variation and measurement variation from the measured values, the method of using the principal component analysis is proposed, and the implementing program of this method is presented. Finally, taking a six sigma project as an example, it has been proved that adopting this method to isolate the variation of measurement process is practical and effective.
