摘要
目的运用凝胶色谱净化浓缩联用仪,建立生物检材提取液中农药、安眠药、毒品的净化浓缩方法。方法通过改变仪器杂质丢弃时间、收集时间、低位激光真空度等参数,提高药物的回收率。结果24种常见安眠药和毒品的回收率在71%～98%,RSD%在0.7%～7%。结论本法可批次的用于实际案例中的药物的净化浓缩,方法简便、重现性好,油脂、色素等物质净化效果较好,满足毒物分析的要求。
A method was developed for the decontaminate and concentration of the pesticide , soporific and narcotics in biological tissue using GPC online concentrator. Some factors influencing decontaminate and concentration efficiency such as the parameters of GPC- Forerun , Main faction and vacuum were optimized. After optimizing the parameters of instrument, the recoveries of the twenty-four medicaments were from 71 % to 98 % and the RSDs were from 0. 7 % to 7 %. It is a efficient decontaminate and concentration method for analysis of samples in poison cases.
