磁显葡胺在椎管内神经源性肿瘤MRI诊断中的应用

摘要 本文对38例神经源性肿瘤患者磁显葡胺增强前后的MRI资料进行了对比研究,结果表明:磁显葡胺能使86.8%的神经源性肿瘤是中度以上均匀强化,能使病灶的部位、数目、形态特征等得以充分显示,在发现较小病灶,判定术后瘤体残余与复发,明确肿瘤与周围结构关系,指导术前制定治疗方案等方面有较重要的应用价值,而且该造影剂性能稳定,无明显副作用,值得进一步推广应用。 The data of MRI before and after appling Diineglumine Gadopentetate were comparatively studied in 38 cases of neuromatous patients. The results showed that medial contrast enhancement appehred in 86. 8% neuroma and the location,number and inorphologic features of neuromatous focus were completely shown by appling Dimeglmine Gadopentetate. It suggests that Dimeglumine Gadopentetate may play an important role in finding out smaller focus and tumour after operation, acertaining relationship between tumour and its surrounding structure, instructing the treatment scheme,etc. The Dimeglumine Gadopentetate may be worthy of wild appllcation because of its stability and no apparent side effect.
