农民权益问题思考——以福建省为例

Thoughts on the Farmers' Rights

在经济发展进程中,福建省与全国一样,对农民权益的保护虽然有所改善,但仍存在一些问题。新时期闽台农业合作渐成福建省农业发展的特色,闽台农业合作在给福建省"三农"问题包括福建省农民权益问题的解决带来巨大机遇的同时,也带来了一定的挑战。从完善土地制度,创建农民协会,拓展渠道,增加农民收入等方面提出对策建议,以期借助闽台农业合作的契机加强对农民权益的保护,切实改善农民的状况,促进福建省"三农"问题的解决,使福建省经济更加快速健康地发展。

During the process of the economic development, although the protection of the farmers＇ rights had been improved, there was some problem in Fujian province. In the new period, the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan was becoming a feature of Fujian agricultural development. As the Fujian issues of Farmer, Countryside and Agriculture including the Fujian farmers＇ rights was solved during the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, great opportunity was provided, and the challenge was also presented. At last, some suggestions were given by consummating land system, founding farmers＇ association, developing channel, increasing farmers＇ income . With the help of the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, the farmers＇ rights should be protected, the farmers＇ present situation should be improved, the Fujian issues of Farmer, Countryside and Agricultural should be settled, Fujian economics would be developed fast.
