鸡矢藤煎液浸泡辅助治疗糖尿病足32例效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨鸡矢藤煎液浸泡辅助治疗糖尿病足的治疗效果。方法将60例糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组28例。对照组予控制血糖,抗生素治疗及常规换药;观察组在此基础上局部给予清创,鸡矢腾煎液浸泡等治疗。观察2组的治疗效果。结果经治疗四周后,观察组与对照组创面治愈率分别为78.13%及42.86%,有效率分别为93.75%及78.58%,两组比较治愈率有显著性差异,经卡方检验(p<0.01)。结论鸡矢藤煎液浸泡辅助治疗糖尿病足能改善患肢缺血缺氧状态,消炎、镇痛,促进溃疡愈合,具有显著疗效。 Objective Purpose Observe the effect of Herba Paederiae bath to treat Diabetic Foot. Method Divide 60 DM patients into two groups randomly, with 32 in observation group and 28 in contrast group. Treat contrast group with BSL management, antibiotics and regular dressing. Beside these treatments, observation group will be given local debridement and Herba Paedefiae bath. Observe the effect on two groups. Result The cure rate is 78. 13% and 42. 86%, the effective rate is 93.75% and 78.58% respectively in observation group and contrast group. The statistic result of the cure rate is significant (p 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Herba Paederiae bath can effectively improve the blood circulation and oxygen supply to the diabetic foot. It also can help to cure the infection and manage the pain to speed up the recovery of the ulcer. The effect is significant.
