肥可消方治疗老年单纯性肥胖症的临床研究

Clinical Research on Feikexiao Prescription for Treatment of Simple Obesity in Old Persons

目的:观察肥可消方对老年单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:将60例老年单纯性肥胖症患者分为中药组和对照组各30例。中药组予肥可消方口服,结合饮食控制及适当运动治疗;对照组单纯采用饮食控制和适当运动治疗。检测两组治疗前后体重、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等指标的变化。结果:中药组总有效率96.7%,优于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的血脂水平均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.01),中药组对血脂水平的改善亦优于对照组。结论:中药肥可消方能有效治疗老年单纯性肥胖症,且能改善患者的血脂水平,在运用中药针对老年人群心脑血管疾病进行一级预防方面作出了有益的探索。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM Feikexiao prescription in the treatment of simple obesity in old persons. Methods： 60 cases of simple obesity in old persons were divided into TCM group and control group, 30 cases in each group. TCM group were taken Feikexiao prescription plus diet and proper exercise, control group were treated by diet and proper exercise alone. The changes of indexes ofTG, TC, HDL.and LDL in serum and weight before and after treatment in two groups were tested. Results： The totel effective of TCM group was 96.7%, superior to 83.3% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The lipid level of two groups after treatment was both better than that before treatment （P 〈0.01 ）, meanwhile, TCM group is superior to control group. Conclusion： TCM Feikexiao prescription can effectively treat simple obesity in old persons and regulate the lipid level of them. The research of using TCM on the first class prevention from cardiac-cerebral vessel diseases in old persons was made.
