血小板激活因子对人胚肺成纤维细胞生长的调节

摘要 我们曾检测了矽肺患者体内PAF(血小板激活因子)的含量,结果表明矽肺病人血浆PAF含量升高,提示PAF参与矽肺的发生发展。为了解PAF对FB(成纤维细胞)的生长、调节作用,本研究采用体外细胞学研究的方法研究PAF对FB生长的影响,结果表明PAF能有效地促进FB的增殖、它与其它细胞因子如TNF、IL-1等井同调控FB的增殖和胶原的生成。 The plasma levels of PAF were determined in silicosis patients. The result showed that the plasma PAF was increased in silicosis patients,and PAF could be involved in the patho- physiological changes in silicosis. in order to understand that FB growth activity produced by PAF,this research was determined promoting pulmonary embryo of human FB growth activi- ty by PAF with research of cytology in vitro. The result indicated that the promoting FB growth activity was higher proliferation by PAF. PAF could be regulated proliferation of FB and take shape of collagen with many other cytokines,for example TNF.IL- 1 et al.
