摘要
硕士之"硕"涉及到硕士是什么、做什么等硕士成长的根本问题,涉及到硕士的本质及其规定性,涉及到硕士的定位与发展。本文围绕统一于硕士身上的"四特征"——本质特征、核心特征、基本特征与重要特征展开论述,得出"四特征"既是硕士学位资格的体现,也是硕士努力的方向,形成了硕士的基本条件,否则就不是一个合格的硕士的结论。
