摘要
采用阳极氧化方法在NiTi形状记忆合金上制备了氧化膜。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)研究了氧化膜组织结构。XRD结果表明,氧化膜为非晶态,190℃下水热处理4h之后,非晶态转变为锐钛矿型TiO_2。采用改进的ASTMC-633方法测试了氧化膜与NiTi形状记忆合金基体的结合强度。
An oxide film was produced on shape memory alloy by anodic oxidation. The oxide film was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectrosocopy (XPS). XRD analysis showed that oxide films formed by anodic oxidation was an amorphous phase and that the amorphous phase converted into anatase phase after hydrothermal treatment at 190℃ for 4 h. The bonding strength of oxide film to NiTi shape memory alloy substrate was measured by a modified ASTM C-633 method.
