月经周期血清微量元素与生殖激素关系的探讨 被引量:9

STUDY OF THE INTERACTION BETWEEN SERUM TRACE ELEMENTS AND REPRODUCTIVE HORMONE IN MENSTRUAL CYCLE

摘要 对不孕和已育妇女月经周期中血清锌、铜、铁、锰、镍含量与生殖激素的关系进行了观察研究。结果表明:卵泡中期不孕组血清镍与泌乳素(PRL)水平呈正相关(r=0.5668,P<0.05),均明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);排卵日两组血清铁与PRL均呈正相关,不孕组最大卵泡直径明显小于对照组(P<0.05);黄体中期对照组血清锌与孕酮(P)、铜与PRL呈正相关(P<0.05),且P及PRL浓度显著高于不孕组(P<0.001,P<0.05)。提示月经周期中血清微量元素水平的变化,可能与生殖激素之间的相互作用和调节有关,微量元素的代谢改变对不孕产生重要影响。 To investigate the roles of trace elements in reproductive hormone during menstrual cycle. Subjects: 19 unexplained infertile women and 14 matched normal women. Methods: Measurement of serum zinc (Zn), copper (Cu ), iron (Fe), manganese(Mn) and nickel(Ni) in the menstrual cycles;RIA of FSH. LH. prolactin (PRL), E, and Progesterone(P) were per formed. Results: In mid-follicular phase serum Ni and PRL were significantly lowerin infertile group than in control group (P<0.05,P <0. 01, respectively), a positive correlation existed between the serum Ni and PRL levels (r =0. 5668, P<0.05) ; In ovulating day, a positive correlation also existed in the two groups betweenserum Fe and PRL(P <0. 05 for both), the largestfollicle diameter in infertile group was significantlysmaller as compared with control group (P <0. 05) ; In mid-luteal phase, a positive correlationexisted in control group between both the serum Znand P and the serum Cu and PRL(P <0. 05), PRL and P were significantly Ligher as compared to theinfertile group(P<0. 05, P <0.001). Conclusion :The periodic variation of serum trace elernent inmenstrual cycle may have certain interrelationshipwith reproductive hormone, metabolic disorder oftrace element has important effect on unexplainedin fertility.
