食管癌贲门癌切除经食管床食管胃吻合术58例报告

ESOPHAGOGASTROSTOMY THROUGH ROUTE OF ESOPHAGUS AFTER ESOPHAGECTOMY:A REPORT OF 58 CASES OF ESOPHAGEAL OR CARDIAL CARCINOMA

对58例食管癌、贲门癌患者行肿瘤切除后经食管床食管胃吻合术，术后效果良好，无1例发生吻合口瘘及心肺并发症，认为该本式使胃代食管更接近食管的解剖和生理，减轻了胸腔胃对心肺功能的影响，利于吻合口的愈合。

It is reported that 58 cases of esophageal or cardial carcinoma received esophagogastrostomy through route of esophagus after esophagectomy. No anastomotic leakage or cardiac and pulmonary complications occurred postoperativelv in these Datients. We think that the operation style is in accordance with the anatomy and physiology of the esophagus, and that reduces the effect of the stomach in thoracic cavity on cardiac and pulmonary functions, and that is helpful to the healing of anastomotic part.
