摘要
对35例病脑患儿外周血T细胞及其亚群、血清免疫球蛋白水平等进行检测。结果表明,病脑急性期外周血CD+3、CD+4、CD+8细胞百分率以及淋巴细胞转化率均显著低于正常对照组;血清IgA、IgM和IgG均值较对照组明显降低或偏低;重型病脑组血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平均显著低于轻型组,而T细胞及亚群等未见显著变化。提示病脑时T细胞及其亚群数量或功能降低;低免疫球蛋白状态、机体免疫功能的低下或紊乱是病脑发生、发展的重要因素。
To explore the immunological pathogenesis of viral encephalitis,T lymphocytes and its subsets in peripheral blood,level of immunoglobulin (Ig) were measured in 35 cases of viral encephalitis.Compared with the controls,the percentage of CD + 3,CD + 4,C + 8 and the rate of lymphocytes transformation were decreased and the mean of IgA,IgM,IgG were lower in different levels in children with viral encephalitis.The levels of IgG,IgA,IgM in severe viral encephalitis were significantly lower than those in minor viral encephalitis,but the changes of T lymphocyte and its subsets were not found in both groups.These results suggest that the decrease in number and function of T lymphocyte and its subsets exist in the viral encephalitis The low immunoglobulin,hypoimmunofunction or irregulation of immunity may be the important factors in pathogenesis of viral encephalitis.
