Al-Mn-Mg合金在不同电解液中阳极氧化后的耐蚀性比较

摘要 利用阳极极化和交流阻抗技术对在不同电解液中阳极氧化后的Al-Mn-Mg合金在人造海水中的耐蚀性进行了比较研究。结果显示,Al-Mn-Mg合金经过阳极氧化以后,在相同极化电位下,极化电流明显减小,阻抗提高了几个数量级,表明Al-Mn-Mg合金经过阳极氧化以后,耐蚀性有了显著的提高,并且在含有稀土离子的电解液中阳极氧化后的Al-Mn-Mg合金的耐蚀性最好。此外,利用扫描电镜技术初步分析了阳极氧化的介质条件对Al-Mn-Mg合金耐蚀性的影响。 The corrosion resistance of Al-Mn-Mg alloy, anodized in different electrolytes, in artificial seawater was comparatively investigated using anodic polarization method and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). And the effects of the anodic oxidation media on the corrosion resistance of the Al alloy were primarily explored. Results showed that, under the same polarizing voltage, the polarizing current of the anodized Al alloy was significantly reduced, and the resistance was increased by several orders of magnitude, indicating that anodizing leaded to great improvement in the corrosion resistance of the Al alloy. At the same time, the Al-Mn-Mg alloy anodized in the electrolyte containing rare-earth ions showed the best corrosion resistance.
