摘要
采用扫描电镜、动态粘弹仪及广角 X 射线衍射等方法对具有不同共混比的丙烯腈—偏二氯乙烯—甲基丙烯磺酸钠三元共聚体(AN-VDC-SMAS)与醋酸纤维素(CA)的共混纤维进行了分析。研究表明,AN-VDC-SMAS 和 CA 互不相容,因此,共混纤维具有大量的由相分离造成的微孔,且连续相 AN-VDC-SMAS 中的结晶区结构不受分散相 CA 的影响;共混纤维内大量的微孔能显著改善纤维的吸水性及染色性,但对纤维力学性能的影响较小;共混纤维的极限氧指数随 CA 含量增加而线性下降。
By the means of SEM,DMA and WAXD,the fibers blended by AN-VDC-SMAScopolymer with CA in various proportions have been investigated.The results showthat AN-VDC-SMAS and CA are incompatible,and that the structure in the crystalregion of the continuous phase AN-VDC-SMAS can't be influenced by thedisperse phase CA.The numerous microvoids in the blended fiber resulted fromthe phase separation can remarkably improve the water absorbability and dyeingbehaviour,but hardly affect the mechanical property.The LOI of the blendedfiber decreases linearly as the increase of CA contents.
