Combining the development status of intelligent building industry, in order to improve the quality of intelligent building project, the significance and purpose of consultation and management of intelligent building project, the main tasks of consultation and management in the phases of decision-making, project preparation, implementation, completion and acceptance, evaluation as well as its general procedure were analyzed and discussed.
