随着现代农村物流业日益发展壮大,客观上要求建立独立性专业化的现代农村物流金融中心,为现代农村物流建设提供全方位物流金融服务。湖南作为一个农业大省,长株潭现代农村物流的发展,是推进我国"中部崛起"的战略重点;通过归纳综述国内外物流金融相关理论研究与实践探索,建立多元利益主体的长株潭现代农村物流金融中心是客观的、现实的,也是科学的;这为湖南统筹城乡发展,建立"两型"社会,推进社会主义新农村建设,发展长株潭及其周边地区现代农村流通产业,提供了强有力的金融支持。

With the rapid development of modern rural logistics, the establishment of independent and professional financial center of modern rural logistics are needed. And this will provide perfect logistics and financial service for the construction of modern rural logistics. The development of Chang Zhu Tan rural logistics is a key strategy to promote ＂Rise of Central China＂ plan because Hunan province is a major agricultural producer. It is objective, practical and scientific to establish multiple interests mainstay of the Chang Zhu Tan modern rural logistics and finance center, through conclude relative theory and research at home and abroad.
