文章从《老子》的圣人观出发,探寻了现代质量管理中质量领导观的哲学思想根源。进而联系《老子》中"无为而治"与"不言之教"的哲学观点,对质量领导在进行质量授权、创建企业质量文化方面的作用进行了阐述,重新认识了八项质量管理原则中的"领导作用",论证了《老子》思想对现代质量管理学的指导意义。
