摘要
本文尝试从经济产权和法律方面,对国外典型的商号制度进行探索性研究与分析比较,希望能对我国商号制度的建立和完善有所启示。
The article makes a exploratory research and comparison about commercial name system of foreign typical countries. The author hopes there are some establishments and perfections about commercial name system.
