行星齿轮传动设备无级调速与辅助调速装置的匹配研究

摘要 NGW型行星齿轮传动设备的软启动与无级调速是机械传动的发展方向之一,设备的调速范围与辅助调速装置的功率、转速、转矩有关。本文从行星齿轮传动的调速原理入手,采用油马达作为辅助输入,通过分析主电动机和油马达输入转速、转矩的合成规律,研究了行星齿轮传动设备无级调速范围与辅助调速装置的功率、转速、转矩之间的匹配关系及规律。 The soft-start of NGW planetary gear transmission equipment and stepless speed regulation is one of the development directions of mechanical transmission. The range of the speed regulation of the equipment is related to the power, speed and torque of the auxiliary devices. Based on the speed regulation prinicple, using motor oil as auxiliary imput, the synthetic rule of the speed and torque imputed by main motor and oil motor was analyzed, the matching relation and rule of the range of the stepless speed regulation of planetary gear transmission equipment and the power, speed and torque of the auxiliary device were studied.
