摘要
阐述了液-固(气)旋流分离器的作用机理,采用圆柱室内二维轴对称涡流模型,计算涡室内准自由涡区压力分布;按旋流器液-固(气)流体运动规律,导出分离最小粒径ds,近似计算固体微粒旋动到壁面的圈数。最后给出环保工程应用实例。
The mechanism of fluid-solid (gas) swirl-liquld separators was described. Using the 2D axisymmetric cylindrical vortex model, the pressure distribution of quasi-free-vortex in cylinders was studied. By the principle of fluid-solld (gas). liquid swirl, the separation particle diameter was discussed, and the frequency of solid particle spiral to wall was calculated. The examples of environmental projects were introduced.
