摘要
介绍了超声检测的原理以及将超声波信号转换为具有缺陷特征信号并在FPGA中处理的过程,提出了一种基于FPGA的超声波智能检测方法,能够高效智能地对镶圈活塞的粘接面缺陷进行自动判定。该方法是一种灵活简单实用的检测方法。
The principle of ultrasonic detecting and the process that ultrasonic signal is converted to defect signal and is processed in the FPGA were introduced. A FPGA-based ultrasonic detecting method were proposed, which can determine defects on the adhesive surface of piston ring efficiently and intelligently. It is a flexible, simple and practical method for piston ring detecting.
