摘要
为提高采油作业安全性,借助虚拟仪器技术、计算机接口技术、通信技术、故障诊断等技术,成功地构建了以虚拟仪器为核心的抽油机故障诊断系统。该系统利用下位单片机进行数据采集,利用CAN总线进行远距离数据传输,上位计算机利用Lab Windows/CVI完成数据的分析与处理及结果显示,并进行故障诊断,打印报表。该系统合理利用了Lab Windows/CVI的功能特点,结构简单,安全可靠,实时性强,实现了抽油机的状态监测与故障诊断,提高了石油作业的安全性。
To increase the security production of petroleum, a type of fault diagnosis system of oil pump unit was developed based on technologies of virtual instrument, computer interface, communication, fault diagnosis etc, The system makes use of single chip microcomputer picking up data, CAN bus transmitting data and Lab Windows/CVI fulfilling the data analysis, processing, displaying and fault diagnosing, report printing. The system fully uses the feature of the soft Lab Windows/CVI and the structure is simple, as well as it is safe and reliable, realizes the conditions detection and fault diagnosis of the oil pump unit and increases the security production of petroleum.
