摘要
分析探讨了硅橡胶绝缘母线的插接方案和插接装配过程中存在的诸多问题,给出插接工装、插接工艺和方法;解决了柜体并盘后母线插接装配的难题,提高了母线插接的质量和效率,在工程中得到广泛应用。
The silicone rubber-insulated bus inserting schemes are discussed, and some problems in inserting and assembling the bus are analyzed. Moreover, inserting equipment is designed and inserting techniques are provided. Therefore the difficulty in inserting and assembling the bus after juxtaposition of the panels is overcome to improve the operation reliability and efficiency. These equipment and techniques have been applied in practice.
