摘要
运用相关分析的方法,对 PVA 的(?),残存 Ac^-对可纺性的影响作了研究与探讨.另外,还对 PVA 的部分生产工艺——聚合—塔树脂 PVAc 吹除率和醇解树脂 PVAc 加料量对可纺性的影响作了研究.并指出(?)(系指(?)的分布)是影响可纺性的主要因素,(?)≤1000的 PVA小分子应尽量从低控制,(?)控制在1790为宜.如在条件许可的情况下,Ac^-含量尽量从低控制,聚合—塔树脂吹除率控制在≥90%为好,醇解加料量控制在7100L/h 为宜.若能达到上述要求,一般情况下,维纶生产全天喷头更换率可控制在50%以内.
By using the relevant analysis method,the effects of ■ and remaining Ac onthe PVA spinnability have been investigated and studied in this paper,and further-more,the effects of the blowdown percentage of the PVAc resin in the firstpolymerization column and the feeding amount of alcoholysis PVAc resin on thespinnability have been also researched,It is put forward that the main affectingfactor is the distribution ■ of in which small molecule of PVA(■≤1000)shouldbe strictly controlled,and that properly,■should be 1790,the blowdown percen-tage above or equally 90%,the feeding amount 7100L/h.If the requirementsmentioned-above is reached,the change percentage of the spinnerets per daycan be controlled within 50%.
