摘要
以乙醚为溶剂,用索氏提取法,对产于浙江玉环县的玉环柚子籽油提取后,采用氢氧化钾-甲醇法对其进行了衍生化.然后利用气相色谱-质谱联用的方法对其衍生物的化学成分进行了分离鉴定.通过检索NIST98谱图库,最后从玉环柚籽油中分离确定了13种脂肪酸,其中大多数为不饱和脂肪酸.同时运用峰面积归一化法通过G1701BA化学工作站数据处理系统测得各化学成分在脂肪酸中的相对百分含量,为玉环柚籽油的开发利用提供科学依据.
A simple method has been developed for the analysis of the fatty acids in Citrus grandis( L. )Osbeck var. wentanyu Hort utilizing coupled GC/MS. After the extraction using ether as solvent by Soxhlet' s apparatus and esterification by potassium hydroxide-methanol, the components and corresponding content of the fatty acid components is determined. 13 kinds of fatty acids are identified. The main ingredient is unsaturated fatty acid such as 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid. The method is simple and adapt for the future research of fatty acids of similar species.
