岫岩产月见草中不饱和脂肪酸的研究

Study of Unsaturated Fatty Acids in Evening Primrose Seeds in Xiuyan

采用索氏提取法对月见草油中的脂肪油进行了提取,再进行甲酯化处理,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行了分析.用高效液相色谱法对月见草油中的γ-亚麻酸、亚油酸进行了定量测定.岫岩产月见草籽中的γ-亚麻酸和亚油酸的含量分别为1.71%和11.76%.

The fatty oil of evening primrose is extracted with soxhlet extraction method. The fatty acids in the evening primrose oil are estirified and identified by GC-MS. The quantity of γ-linolenic acid and linoleic acid are determined by HPLC. The content of γ-linolenic acid and linoleic acid of Evening Primrose seeds from Xiuyan are 1.71% and 11.76% respectively.
