利用体外培养的胶质瘤细胞株及裸小鼠移植瘤模型,研究了巯基修饰剂BSO对其GSH含量的影响.结果表明,无论是离体还是整体用药,BSO均能降低胶质瘤细胞的GSH含量.

The effects of thiol modifer buthionine sulfoximine (BSO)on glioma cells were studied in the cultured glioma cells line and glioma bearing nudemouse. The results showed that BSO deleted intracellular glutathione contents of glioma cells in vitro and in vivo.
