目前高校教学管理部门存在的问题:教学管理亟待研发和使用教学管理系统软件;教学管理人员选拔亟待慎重;教学管理人员待遇亟待改善。对策:运用教学管理系统,提高效率,方便师生;完善教务人员任用机制,执行严格准入制度;建立奖惩动力机制,创新职业发展机制。

Problems of the didactical administration sections in colleges at present ： the didactical administration software is needed to be developed and applied to the didactical administration practice ; the selection of didactical administration personnel should be careful ; the treatment of the didactical administration personnel should be improved. Countermeasures：use didactical administration software to improve the proficiency and facilitate teachers as well as students;perfect the appointment mechanism of didactical personnel through careful appointment system;set up rewards and punishment system and create vocational development system.
