摘要
提出高等学校实验室作为培养创新人才的摇篮、科技创新的基地、社会服务的窗口,其地位是无法替代的。同时对实验室队伍及管理体制提出了看法。
This article proposed that the laboratory of colleges and universities, as the cradle of cultivating innovative talents, the base of scientific and technological innovation and the window of social service, its position can not he replaced. The article also put forward some opinions about laboratory＇ s team and management system.
