摘要
介绍了网络化制造的内涵以及东南大学机电综合工程训练中心网络化制造实验室的建设状况,阐述了网络化制造实验室中的关键技术:分布式数字控制(DNC)、机床无线通讯网络以及产品全生命周期管理技术等。在东南大学机电综合工程训练中心网络制造实验室实施完成的基础上,阐述该实验室的应用状况和软件实现体系,并对优化教学模式进行了探索。
This paper introduced the definition of networked manufacturing and the status of the lab, and analyzed the key technology, such as distributed numerical control （DNC） , CNC network system based on wireless communication , and the whole life cycle management of product. The paper also discussed the application, software realization infrastructure of the lab and probed into the optimized teaching mode.
