As a director of a teaching-laboratory of university the responsibility of this role should be clarified to throw light on students for creative thoughts and to solidify the management for effective running. The purposes of their work are to ensure smooth implementation of the reform of experimental teaching and to provide conditions for cultivating high qualified talents with balanced development in knowledge and personal ability.
