摘要
从创新人才的能力要素出发,阐述了高校实验教学是创新人才能力培养的有效载体,讨论了高校适应创新人才培养的实验教学体系建设模式,简要介绍了东南大学实验教学体系的改革及运行情况。
Based on describing the capability of innovative talent, it is elaborated that experimental teaching of university is the effective carrier of cultivating innovative capability. The model of experimental teaching system matching to innovation is also discussed in this paper. Then the reform and operation of experimental teaching system in Southeast University is briefly introduced.
