扩招后的大学已成为对社会影响深远的巨型组织。这一组织自身正面临众多难题,包括大学的精英化与西方化导向、对社会底层子女的排斥、政府和社会对大学的过度干预、中央政府与地方政府在大学发展问题上的职责不清等,若不能妥善解决这些难题,大学发展必然会受到制约。

The expanded university has been a social giant organization with the deep influence. This paper points out that there are many problems that restrict the development of universities, such as persisting elitism and being Westernized, rejecting the children from social bottom, excessively being intervened by the governments and society, not gaining effective support from central government or local governmental because blurred scope of their own responsibilities and so on.
