摘要
目的比较月见草花两种提取物对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺50mg/kg建立免疫抑制模型,观察月见草花提取物对小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和抗体形成细胞数的影响。结果中剂量的两种月见草花提取物均可增加免疫抑制小鼠的胸腺重量(P<0.01),促进免疫抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力(P<0.01),提高免疫抑制小鼠的抗体形成细胞数(P<0.01),但对免疫抑制小鼠的脾脏重量无影响;月见草花乙酸乙酯提取物对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的促进作用显著强于水提取物(P<0.05)。结论月见草花乙酸乙酯提取物和水提取物均对环磷酰胺致小鼠机体免疫抑制有免疫保护作用,明显增强小鼠免疫功能,其中乙酸乙酯提取物的作用优于水提取物。
Objective To compare the effects of different evening primrose flower extracts on immune function in immunosuppressed mice. Methods The immunosuppressed mice were induced by cyclophosphamide (50mg/kg). In order to detect the immunodulatory effects of evening primrose flower extracts, the immune organ weights,the phagocytosis ability of Macrophage and antibody producing cell function were observed. Results The results showed that two different evening primrose flower extracts at middle dose could cause a significant increase of thymus weight( P 〈 0.01),the phagocytic rate ( P 〈 0.01) and antibody formation cells ( P 〈 0.01) in immunosup - pressed mice and had no effect on the spleen weight. The effect of ethylacetate extract from evening primrose flower was stronger than that of water extracts ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The extracts from evening primrose flower could significantly enhance the immune function in immunosuppressed mice. The role of ethylacetate extracts was stronger than that of water extracts.
