摘要
通过沸水收缩、硅油收缩、干热收缩和热收缩应力等实验来研究 PET、PA6和 PP 纤维的热收缩及其与结构性能的关系,可以发现:不同的实验方法.其测得的收缩率差异较大,但其规律是一致的。通过各种方法的比较,认为工厂中以干热收缩法较简易、实用。在联邦德国生产的 Texturmat-M 型自动卷曲仪上测定各种长丝干热收缩可以有效地控制工艺、研究纤维结构,特别适合于对高速纺丝的 POY 和 FOY、FDY 的测定,是一种简便、有效、准确的方法.
In this paper,the relations between the heat shrinkages of PET,PA-6 and PPfilament yarns and their structures as well as properties were studied through theexperiments of the stress of heat shrinkage and the shrinkage in boiling water,in silicon oil and in oven.It is found that the shrinkages measured by differentmethods are quite different,but the regularity is identical.After comparing thedifferent methods between each other,it is suggested that the method of heat shrinkage in oven is simple and practical in factory.
