摘要
以枸骨为砧木,对6个彩叶枸骨叶冬青系列品种进行嫁接育苗试验,结果表明:各个彩叶枸骨叶冬青品种与枸骨的嫁接成活率存在较大差距;嫁接时以中部或基部枝段的1年生枝条切接或腹接方法进行,可获得较高的成活率;嫁接时接穗和砧木的粗度对接穗成活后的新梢生长量有一定影响。
Experiment on grafting and seedling cultivation of colored varieties of llex aquifolium with L aquifolium as stock demonstrated that survival rate of different varieties had significant difference. It could have high survival rate with scion of one year branch at middle and base section by cutting graft or belly grafting. Diameter of scion and stock had effect on germination and height growth after survival of scion.
