摘要
论述基于PC+PLC的交流伺服系统在三维空间随机定位以及在生化分析操作台上的应用实例。该操作台方法简单可靠、定位准确、响应速度快。掉电重启后可以精确复位,运行速度可调,并有位置监控和故障报警功能,人机对话界面友好。并提出一种微量移液控制算法:采用特制移液针头精确有效地将生物试剂移取,提高系统的工作效率。
This artide expounded the control method of position control of AC servo system based on PC and PLC in the three - dimensional random positioning and their application example in biochemistry analysis operation platform. The control method feature simple, positioning correctly, fast response etc. Power off or the restart can be precisely replace, speed adjustability, and pcsition control and fault alarm function, as well as the man-machine dialogue friendly interface. The transfer of control algorithm: The precise magnitude shift of needles effectively shift from biological reagents to enhance work efficiency of the system.
