摘要 主要研究了基于Michelson干涉仪的光纤微弱电场传感器的原理,设计并实现了PLZT非线性电致伸缩材料为敏感元件的"工"字型微弱直流电场传感及其探测系统,该系统能较好解决1/f噪声问题。实验结果表明,系统对被测电场具有非常好的线性响应。 The principle of the weak DC electric field sensor based on the Michelson fiber-optic interferomettic structure has been studied. A new transducer utilizing the nonlinear effect of the electrostrictive ceramics (e. g. PI.ZT) is proposed. The sensing system is experimentally implemented to overcome the 1/f noise issue. The sensor has good linearity of response to the electric field.
